In prepartion for the future, the room
is organized with tables to allow the
children the ability to interact in a
collaborative environment. The children
will use this large space to complete work assigned to them by the teacher and for creative exploration of art.

This area is designated as the "Reading Area." Children will be read to by the teacher and during their free time.
Children will sit in a circle and be taught lessons
on the subjects of the alphabet, days of the week, seasons, weather, holidays, and weekly events. This significant area will be used daily with the teacher accompanying various visual props.
